Tell us a little about yourself (name, role, tenure, etc.)
I have been with Tru-Flow for about a year and a half. I started in Inside Sales and transitioned into a Sales Engineer role. I currently work out of Kansas City and cover the Midwest Territory.

What is the most valuable skill that you bring to Tru-Flow/SemiTorr?
I enjoy helping people in their processes while learning about all of the great things happening in the industry.

If a movie were to be made about your life, who would be cast as you?
I would take any one of the Jennifers: Aniston, Lawrence, or Garner

What is one goal that you have for 2019, professional or personal?
My personal goal in 2019 is to make Kansas City home. Professionally, I want to grow the Midwest Territory while continuing to nurture existing relationships.

What does your perfect weekend consist of?
Being outside at a park or a lake with my fiance and our dog.

What inspires you?
To live a meaningful and impactful life.

What are three words that you would use to describe Tru-Flow/SemiTorr?
Customer focus always

What is the favorite part about working for Tru-Flow/SemiTorr?
The new opportunities presented everyday and the problem solving and relationship building that go along with those.

What is the first concert you attended?
Aaron Carter

If you could be anyone from any time period who would it be and why?
I don’t think I would choose to be anyone else.

I was born and raised in California

What is on your bucket list?
Sky Diving

What is your personal philosophy?
The bird who gets plenty of sleep, is the one who truly catches the worm.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I would say my dog and sports are the biggest two.

What was your first job, and what did it teach you?
My first job was at a summer camp for kids. It taught me to be patient and really emphasized my love for children. My first “professional” job was for a medical device company, where I was a Process Engineer. It taught me the importance of working with other teams, not just your own, as well as industry standards and regulations.

What is your proudest moment at Tru-Flow/SemiTorr?
My proudest moment was deciding to move out of my comfort zone in Colorado and take on a new territory in the Midwest.

If you could pick one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation. I would love to get to be with my family and friends more.

What are five words of advice for others in your profession?
Continuously try/learn new things.

What are you most proud of, day to day, having to do with your work?
Ultimately, we are helping make a difference. We are a piece of the greater puzzle that helps improve lives everyday.

If you could teach one lesson to everyone on earth, what would it be?
Relationships are more important than things.
